Over the past 20 years, the company has been active in Western Canada and the United States, to date having developed or acquired over 9 million square feet of real estate space. In 2001, the company changed its name to WAM Development Group. WAM offices are located in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Opportunities are sought in markets where economic conditions favor expansion and risk can be managed through pre-leasing strategies.

Through its various types of development, WAM has a very broad and far reaching client base, with strong relationships in the retail, commercial and industrial markets.

Whether creating plans for our own proposals or working in a design-build capacity for a client, WAM completes all tasks by applying experience and imagination, with a hands-on approach to development.
